Client Portal
Before you arrive or once on-site, log into your personalized portal. This digital companion provides:
- A Glimpse of Jouvence Life: Front desk hours, meal times, activity schedules, and an inventory of our self-service equipment.
- Attentive Service: An instant messaging feature to chat directly with our guest services team.
- Logistical Details: Local weather, seasonal advisories, and guest services such as laundry and fatbike rentals.
Arrivals & Departures
We are here to ensure your transition to the quiet comfort of Jouvence is completely effortless.
- Check-In: Access to your accommodation is guaranteed starting at 4:00 PM. However, you are welcome to enjoy the site as early as 1:30 PM. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM for the cabins, or after 8:00 PM for the inn.
- Check-Out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM. Fees may apply for keys not returned by this time. You may continue to enjoy the site until 4:00 PM.
- Extend the Fun: Do not hesitate to contact us to inquire about our early access or late check-out options.
Before You Arrive
To make the most of every moment between lake and forest, we suggest packing for comfort and versatility. Here is what we recommend bringing along:
- Outdoor Essentials: Season-appropriate clothing (layering is key), hiking shoes and gear, ice skates (if needed), and a reusable water bottle.
- Indoor Comfort: Light indoor shoes or slippers for common areas, board games, colouring pencils, etc.
- Site Map: Be sure to download it before your arrival. Disconnection is real at Jouvence, and cell service often fades away to make room for the silence of the forest.
Upon Arrival
Once you enter the vacation resort, it’s really quite simple:
- Parking: Cabin guests are invited to use the main parking lot (P1), while inn guests should use parking lot P6.
- Initial Contact: Please head to the main reception area without your luggage. Our team will provide you access to your accommodation and guide you to the parking area closest to your accommodation.
- Orientation: All necessary information will be shared with you at the front desk. If you wish, you can also log into your Client Portal.
